ဧရာဝတီျမစ္ႏွင့္ သဘာဝေဂဟစနစ္မ်ားကို ပ်က္စီးသြားေစမည့္ အႀကီးစားစီမံကိန္းကို ျပန္လည္စဥ္းစား သံုးသပ္ရန္ ေမတၱာရပ္ခံေတာင္းဆို ေနၾကေသာ သဘာဝပတ္ဝန္းက်င္ ထိန္းသိမ္းေရးသမားမ်ားႏွင့္ တိုင္းရင္းသားအုပ္စုမ်ားအား ဒီမိုကေရစီ လိုလားေသာ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္း စုၾကည္က အင္အားျဖည့္ ပူးေပါင္းလိုက္ၿပီ ျဖစ္သည္။
ဧရာဝတီျမစ္ေပၚမွ ေရေလွာင္တမံစီမံကိန္းကို အမ်ိဳးသားေရးအက်ိဳးစီးပြားႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ သဟဇာတျဖစ္မႈတို႔ျဖင့္ ျပန္လည္ ခ်ိန္ညႇိသံုးသပ္ စစ္ေဆးရန္ ျမန္မာႏွင့္ တရုတ္အစိ္ုးရမ်ားကို ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္က တိုက္တြန္းေျပာၾကားလုိက္ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။
ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏိုဘယ္ဆုရွင္က ဧရာဝတီစီးဆင္းမႈကို မိမိတို႔ႏိုင္ငံ၏ အေရးယူ အထင္ရွားဆံုး ပထဝီဝိေသသ လကၡဏာဟု ေခၚေဝၚ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ သည္။ ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္ထိန္းသိမ္းေရးအုပ္စုမ်ား၊ ကခ်င္တိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ားႏွင့္ ဧရာဝတီျမစ္ဝွမ္းတေလွ်ာက္ ေနထိုင္သူ ေဒသခံမ်ားက “ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ရွိ ျမစ္ဆံု ျမန္မာ-တရုတ္ ေရအားလွ်ပ္စစ္ စီမံကိန္းသည္ ေဒသခံေက်းလက္ျပည္သူမ်ားကို အိုးမဲ့အိမ္မဲ့ ျဖစ္ေစမည့္ အျပင္ အေရးႀကီးေသာ စားနပ္ရိကၡာ ရင္းျမစ္ေဒသ၏ သဘာဝေဂဟစနစ္ကို ကေမာက္ကမ ျဖစ္ေစလိမ့္မည္” ဟု ေျပာၾကားလ်က္ ရွိသည္။


ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္၏ ရင္ႏွစ္သည္းခ်ာေဒသတြင္ တရုတ္တို႔ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေနေသာ ေဒၚလာ ၃.၆ ဘီလ်ံ ေရေလွာင္တမံ စီမံကိန္းသည္ စင္ကာပူႏိုင္ငံ အရြယ္ပမာဏရွိေသာ ဧရိယာကို ေရလႊမ္းသြားေစလိမ့္မည္ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ရသည္။ ျမန္မာအစိုးရက တရုတ္ႏိုင္ငံသို႔ လွ်ပ္စစ္စြမ္းအင္ မည္ေရြ႕ မည္မွ် ေရာင္းခ်မည္ဆိုသည္ကို ေျပာၾကားျခင္းကား မရွိေသးပါ။
စီမံကိန္းအတြက္ ေနရာဖယ္ေပးရေသာ ေက်းရြာေပါင္း ၆၃ ရြာမွ ေဒသခံျပည္သူ ၁၂၀၀၀ ခန္႔ကို ေနရာျပန္လည္ ခ်ထားၿပီးျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း မွ်တသည့္ ေလ်ာ္ေၾကး ရရွိျခင္း ရွိ/မရွိကိုမူ တိက်စြာ မသိရဟု ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္က သူမ၏ ေမတၱာရပ္ခံလႊာတြင္ ေဖာ္ျပထားသည္။ အစိုးရကမူ ေက်းရြာ ၅ ရြာမွ လူေပါင္း ၂၁၄၆ ဦးမွ်သာ ေနရာေရႊ႕ေပးရသည္ဟု ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွ ေျမာက္ျမားစြာေသာ တိုင္းရင္းသားအုပ္စုမ်ားသည္ ယင္းတို႔၏ ေဒသမ်ားရွိ သယံဇာတမ်ားကို ပိုမို ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္ေရးႏွင့္ ပိုမို လြတ္လပ္ေသာ ကိုယ္ပိုင္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ခြင့္ရေရးအတြက္ ဆယ္စုႏွစ္မ်ားစြာ ေျပာက္က်ားစစ္ ဆင္ႏႊဲကာ တိုက္ပြဲဝင္လ်က္ရွိၾကသည္။ ၿပီးခဲ့ေသာလအတြင္းက အင္အား ၈၀၀၀ ေက်ာ္ရွိေသာ ကခ်င္စစ္တပ္ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာအစိုးရ စစ္တပ္မ်ားအၾကား တိုက္ပြဲမ်ား ျပန္လည္ျပင္းထန္လာခဲ့ၿပီး ယင္းပဋိပကၡသည္ တရုတ္တို႔ လာေရာက္ တည္ေဆာက္ေနေသာ ေရေလွာင္တမံမ်ား၊ အႀကီးစားစီမံကိန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ဆက္စပ္ေနသည္ဟု သိရွိရသည္။

Suu Kyi backs Burma dam protesters

Burma pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi has joined forces with environmentalists and minority groups with an appeal for a rethink of a large dam project.
Suu Kyi urged the Myanmar and Chinese governments to re-examine the project on the Irrawaddy River in the interest of national and international harmony.
The Nobel peace prize winner called the waterway "the most significant geographical feature of our country."
Environmental groups, members of the Kachin ethnic minority and other people living along the river say the Myanmar-China Myitsone Hydroelectric Project in northern Kachin state will displace villagers and upset the ecology of the important food source.
The 3.6 billion dollar (£3.1 billion) dam being built by China in the Kachin heartland is expected to flood an area the size of Singapore.
The Burmese government has not said how much of the energy will be sold to China.
In her appeal, Suu Kyi said some 12,000 people from 63 villages have been relocated and it is not clear whether they will be fairly compensated.
The government said only 2,146 people from five villages had been relocated.
For decades, several ethnic groups have waged guerrilla wars for greater autonomy, including more control over resources in their regions. In March, fighting broke out between the 8,000-strong Kachin militia and the government.
That fighting was related to dams and other large projects being built by China.
